We do not recommend un-punched (non-vented) cups for housing animals for extended periods of time (e.g. when you want to ship your reptiles) - animals need air for extended duration in cups!

Whether you want to ship your reptiles or display them at a trade show, a cup that is a little bit of a snug fit for your animal is better than one that allows too much room, as everything is bound to be jostled around in transit (excessive room allows greater chance of injury as the animal can bounce around more inside the cup).
